Added support for the VIRegion.mx region

Fixed an issue where the following API may fail with a “network issues” error if they are called when the chat is not open:

• VIKitChatUI.registerPushToken(_:isDevelopment:completion:)
• VIKitChatUI.unregisterPushToken(_:isDevelopment:completion:)
• VIKitChatUI.setClientData(_:completion:)

Introduce the VIPushTokenError API, VIPushNotificationError is now a type alias referring to VIPushTokenError. VIPushNotificationError is going to be removed in the future releases

• VIKitChatViewControllerDelegate allows applications to handle VIKitChatViewController events.
• The kitChatViewController(_:didFailToAuthorizeWithError:) API notifies applications about authorization errors.
• The VIAuthorizationError enum represents Voximplant Kit authorization failure reasons.
